I started to draw this pic more than half year ago, but... I don't know, I think I had no desire to finish it.
Yesterday I decided to change that.
And here he is! Lord High Councilor of House Dagoth - Lord Voryn Dagoth, Dagoth Ur, Sharmat, mad god and devil of Morrowind.
